The Geo Net Solution Group, based in Saxony, develops and operates geographic information systems, offering services such as street directory creation, road condition assessment, mobile laser scanning, surveying, and 3D modeling. Their main clients are government institutions. The owner sought succession advice from his bank advisor at Deutsche Bank, who recommended CARL.
CARL conducted a free indicative company valuation to give the owner a realistic price expectation. In January 2022, the owner decided to proceed with the sale. CARL and the consulting firm Deininger managed the entire process, while Deutsche Bank supported the transaction and its financing.
The Geo Net Solution Group was successfully sold to Deutsche InfraSoft Group from the CARL Connect network. The new owners will take over and continue the business as operational successors, with ongoing support from Deutsche Bank.
